If you want to buy original artwork, have questions or business-related inquiries, feel free to reach out via DM.
If you don't have Instagram you can reach me via Facebook Messenger.
2. Customer Service
There are 2 types of customer support options:
1. For items shipped from my home atelier, like my Original Artworks. These are sold and shipped directly by me. If there are any issues, feel free to contact me personally. I am happy to help!
For issues with digital files you can also reach out to me and I will gladly help you, unless it is a technical problem. If so, I will refer you to the Fourthwall Customer Service.
2. Other shop items on this page are Print On Demand, run by Fourthwall, Printed by different vendors like Printful.
Therefore, if there are any issues with items like these, then contact Fourthwall Customer Service. They are happy to help you.
You can contact them through contact@support.denisefrankart.com
If they are not able to help you, they will refer your information back to me and I will contact you on the issue.
